## Export from Matter [#export-from-matter]

To export your saved content from Matter as a CSV file and receive it via email, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the [Matter app](https://web.getmatter.com/home).
2. Click the [`⚙️` Settings](https://web.getmatter.com/settings) icon at the bottom of Matter's left sidebar.
3. Click the `Export` button to begin the export process.
4. Check your inbox or spam folder for the download file.

## Import to Folio [#import-to-folio]

Once you've received the Matter CSV file in your email, follow these steps to import your Matter saves to Folio:
1. Click the **`⚙️ Settings`** icon in the Folio app's bottom navigation bar.
2. Select the **`Import`** option from the Settings page.
3. Choose **`Matter (.ZIP, .CSV)`**.
4. Folio will open a file explorer where you can upload your **`Matter CSV`** file.
5. Confirm that you're uploading the correct Instapaper CSV file.
6. Wait for the import process to complete.
7. Check the success message when the import process finishes.
